The backstory here is that I designed and wrote a quilt pattern called Cora several years ago. I designed this medallion shape specifically for the quilt. It gets stitched out in two parts: first the center, stop to tie-off threads, and then the outer portion.

Quilt coats are all the rage, maybe this design would look nice on the back of a coat? Or a panel for a bag? Or a decorative pillow? Or a wholecloth quilt?
